Product Designer — Web, Mobile & AI Interfaces

As a Product Designer at Delitron, you will shape the visual and experiential language of our products across web, mobile, and AI-powered interfaces. You’ll own the design process end-to-end — from user research and concept to polished UI and developer handoff — working closely with engineering to ship products that are both usable and distinctive. This role blends traditional product design craft with modern AI fluency: you are expected to both use AI tools to accelerate your workflow and to design the next generation of AI-native user experiences.

What are we looking for?

  • Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile applications, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes.
  • Design AI-native interfaces — chat-based flows, agentic user experiences, LLM output patterns, prompt-driven interactions, and hybrid human-AI workflows.
  • Use AI-assisted design tools fluently in day-to-day work (Figma AI, v0, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) to accelerate ideation, iteration, and content generation.
  • Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns that scale across products and platforms.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions with evidence.
  • Partner directly with product managers, backend engineers, and frontend developers to translate business logic and technical constraints into intuitive product experiences.
  • Present work clearly to stakeholders, defend design decisions with rationale, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Contribute to brand and visual identity work where needed — illustration, iconography, marketing surfaces.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a product designer, UX/UI designer, or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating shipped work across both web and mobile.
  • Demonstrated experience designing for AI-powered products, chat interfaces, or LLM-based workflows — or a strong portfolio of personal / side projects in this space if not yet professional.
  • Fluency with Figma as your primary design tool. Experience with prototyping in Figma (or ProtoPie, Framer, Principle) for interactive flows.
  • Hands-on experience using AI design and content tools (Figma AI, v0, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) as part of your daily workflow — not just occasional experimentation.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 / EAA), and modern interaction patterns across web and native mobile.
  • Strong visual design fundamentals — typography, layout, color, hierarchy — demonstrated through portfolio work.
  • English working proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to work effectively with remote and distributed teams.
  • Self-directed, curious, and willing to push back constructively on product decisions when design warrants it.

Nice to have (not required):

  • Experience with motion design or micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie, Rive).
  • Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS or frontend frameworks — enough to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Experience shipping products in fintech, cyber security, or SaaS domains.
  • Contributions to open-source design systems or public design writing.
